Registration
Registration is free and open to staff and PhD students from SICSA institutions*. External students and academic colleagues, as well as industry and public sector professionals are welcome to attend under General Registration (fees apply).
Accommodation
Accommodation on Tuesday, 23 June 2026 is free for SICSA staff and PhD students coming from outside Glasgow. Staff and students coming from Aberdeen, RGU, Dundee, St Andrews, UHI and UWS can also book accommodation on Monday, 22 June.
Cancellation
Spaces are very limited and SICSA wishes to keep the Conference free for our PhD students. You must cancel your registration by Monday 15 June 2026 if you can no longer attend for any reason. If you do not attend the Conference without notifying us of your cancellation, your School will be charged the full cost of your Registration.
