Conference Venue
Criaiglockhart Campus
Craiglockhart Campus offers step-free access, with level entrances and lifts providing access to all floors. Accessible toilets are available on each level, and hearing loops are installed in the main lecture theatres, with portable loops available upon request for other rooms. Registered assistance animals are welcome on campus.
A dedicated quiet room will be available throughout the event, providing a low-stimulation space for anyone who may benefit from it, including neurodivergent attendees.

Conference Dinner
Merchiston Campus
The Merchiston Campus is equipped with step-free access, lifts to all floors, and accessible toilets. Hearing loops are available in certain lecture theatres, and assistance animals are welcome.
