Sponsorship of the 2025 SICSA PhD Conference will provide you with exposure to 120+ delegates comprising of mainly postgraduate research students and the opportunity for company representatives to attend the conference, evening drinks reception dinner and awards ceremony, allowing direct access to Computing Science academics, research students and speakers.

The Best Dissertation Award is a highly prestigious recognition, celebrating outstanding PhD research and creating a lasting impression of your brand’s support for excellence.
Whole Conference Sponsorship provides broader exposure and is tailored to your financial contribution and marketing goals, allowing for customised branding and engagement opportunities. This flexibility ensures that your sponsorship effectively aligns with your organisational priorities while contributing to the success of our flagship event.

Best Dissertation Award Sponsor
> Attendance for 1 company rep for the two-day event including the Careers Fair and Conference Dinner.
> Company logo and link on the SICSA Conference website and adverting space on the Dissertation Award page
> Opportunity to present Best Dissertation Award during the Conference Dinner.
> Acknowledgement of sponsorship in any media about the Award including conference brochure

General Admission
Tech professionals, recruiters, sponsors and external partners are welcome to attend the 2-day conference, in part or in full. Please select the Registration type that suits you best–Day 1 or Full Conference. Both options include our Conference Dinner & Awards Ceremony on 25th June which is an excellent opportunity for networking with Scotland’s top research students and academics.
